The NP Behind Unweathered Wellness

Dequindra Quinn Blakey is a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP-C) with a specialty focus in perimenopause care for Women of Color. After witnessing firsthand how Black and Brown women are routinely undertreated and unheard during midlife transitions, she built Unweathered Wellness as a space where clinical rigor and cultural safety exist together — not as trade-offs.
Through her proprietary Symptom Intelligence™ framework, Dequindra helps women move from confusion and exhaustion to clarity and agency — with a treatment roadmap grounded in their actual lived experience.

This is not generic wellness. This is precision care that sees you.
